Paper Submission
Prospective authors are invited to submit full and original research papers which are not submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journals.
All papers should be not less than 12-15 pages including all figures, tables and references (recommended 12-15 pages), but not more than 15 pages.
Authors must read carefully the ES Food and Agroforestry author guideline. Please download the Journal Template and arrange your paper according to the journal template [click here].

Structure of the manuscript
The following file formats are acceptable; .doc, docx, .rtf, .pdf and .tex. (*.pdf files will be acceptable only for initial submission. The revised manuscript cannot be accepted in .pdf format). The layout of the manuscript should be set up on an 8.5” X 11” (21.6 X 28 cm or US letter) pages with sufficient margins.
Manuscript must be arranged in the following order: Title page [that includes title of the manuscript, author name(s) and affiliation(s)], abstract, text, statement for conflict of interest, acknowledgments, and references. Figures and Tables must be embedded in appropriate place in within the manuscript for easy reference of the reviewers. Additionally, please upload separate figure files.
Title
Title should clearly present a brief information about the content of the manuscript and emphasize the importance of the work. Avoid abbreviations and formula.
Author name(s) and Affiliation(s)
Include the names of all persons who have contributed significantly to the manuscript. At least one of the authors must be assigned as the corresponding author, to whom the communication on the manuscript should be directed. To expedite indexing and retrieval of authors and for the unique identification, use first names, initials, and last names (e.g., Robert J. Brown) or first initials, second names, and last names (e.g., J. Robert Brown).
Abstract The abstract should be a single paragraph summarizing the important points of the article. It shouldn't just be a summary; it should interest readers. The size of the abstract varies with each article types. No references are cited in the abstract.
Keywords
Authors should provide to five keywords. Avoid abbreviations and formula.
Text
The main content of the text usually includes Introduction, methods and materials, Results and discussion and conclusion. Headings and subheadings are permitted. Use Arabic numerals for numbering. The subsections should be numbered as 1.1, 1.2, etc., Introduction should justify the purpose of the work and provide an adequate background, avoiding a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results.
Figures
Figure will be located at the top or bottom of the text following their first citation in the text during production (unless they are equations, which appear in the flow of the text). They can be single column or double column as appropriate and require appropriate captions. Text is not wrapped around any of the graphics. When submitting figure files, please be sure to adhere to the journal's standards. All figure files must have a resolution of 300 PPI (pixels per inch) or they will be sent back to you for preliminary edits without review.
Tables
Table will be located at the top or bottom of the column following their first citation in the text during production (unless they are equations, which appear in the flow of the text). They can be single column or double column as appropriate and require appropriate captions. Text is not wrapped around any of the graphics. Tables should be submitted in editable format and not as image.
Acknowledgements
Acknowledgement should be brief information and not be a demonstration or effusive comments. The funding agencies can be acknowledged by providing the grant details. Medical writers, proofreaders, advice from colleagues, editors, Instrumentation facilities, technical assistance, etc. can be acknowledged for their assistance.
Statement for Conflict of Interest
Conflict of interest statement is required for all submitted manuscripts. If no conflicts exist, please state that 'There are no conflicts to declare' under a Conflicts of interest heading as the last section before the reference section. For more details, refer to the below link.
References
Make sure that each reference cited in the text is also included in the list of references and vice versa. The use of unpublished results and personal communications in the reference list is not recommended but may be cited in the text. If these references are entered in the list of references, they should adhere to the standard reference style of the journal and consist of the "unpublished results" or "personal communications" as a replacement for the publication date. References cited as "in press" indicate that those references have been accepted for publication.
References should appear in the following formats.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference registrants cancelling their registration one month before the conference date will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a USD100 administrative fee.
